Supply and installation of a Bradford White PV60 power vented 60 gallon water heater, including venting, plumbing and gas line connections. This unit was previously installed. Warranty: 6 years tank, 6 years parts, 2 years labour.
Why it matters:
A power vented water heater uses a fan to push exhaust out through a side wall, so it can go where a traditional chimney vented tank cannot. At 60 gallons it suits a household with heavy hot water demand that runs several fixtures at once.
